carefully. Let us help you. If you need to return tires and it
is not our fault, there is a 20% re-stocking fee. Tires must be
returned in the same condition as shipped and not mounted. We
cannot accept tires that have been mounted. Shipping costs are
the responsibility of the customer.
If you run inner-tubes
with your tires, it is imperative that you carefully inspect and
remove all stickers on the inside of the tires. We have found as
many as six inspection stickers. They are not always easy to
remove. We have used a hair dryer to loosen them up. If you do
not remove these stickers, they can puncture your inner-tubes
and cause a flat tire which could be a safety-hazard. Please
call us if you have any questions on this important issue.

Tire Details

Construction: Polyester cord with steel
belts
- All American
Classic radials are tubeless
- All sizes
are both DOT and ECE marked. ECE is the
certification for the European market.
- UTQG:
Treadwear: 540. Traction B, represents the
tire's ability to stop on wet pavement.
Temperature: B, represents the tire's
resistance to the generation of heat and its
ability to dissipate heat.
- Approximate
mileage: 45,000. Note: this is an estimate,
not a warranty.
- Recommended
PSI: 35 PSI. Low air pressure can cause the
sidewall to crack or lead to tire failure.

Mounting/Balancing Recommendations: Static
balance with the weights on the inside of
the tire only in order to protect the soft
whitewall. This also gives a more pleasing
appearance. Recommend the use of lug centric
balancing over hub centric. Due to the
cosmetic whitewall insert these tires may
take 3 to 5 ounces to balance, this is
normal.
- Made in the
USA. The whitewalls, redlines and goldlines
are molded into the tire, not added on after
the tires are made.
- Caution:
When converting a bias to a radial, the 75
series will be closer to the 80 series bias
size. The 70 series may rub in in some
applications, especially with fender skirts.
- All listed
measurements are non-scientific and may
change with different rim widths.
- Never mix
bias and radials on the same vehicle because
the vehicle may steer uncontrollably.
- Old rims can
often be out-of-round and should be
carefully checked before mounting.
- Older rims
designed for bias-ply tires may crack if
used with modern radials, as the radial
places more stress on the wheel.

Please find the attached pictures of my 2007 H-D
Sportster Trike. I ordered a set of the 2" Wide
Whitewalls to replace the original black wall tires back
in the Spring of 2010. Along with the wide whitewall in
the front, my trike looks a lot like the motorcycle
version of a classic Hot Rod. I added the whitewalls to
go for a different look entirely, but once they were
installed, it took on a life of its own. I allowed it to
shape itself into what it is now, which is one of the
cleanest trikes out there. The tires I put on are the
American Classic 2" Wide Whitewall (215/60/15) on a 15"
72 spoke Dayton Wire Wheel. The Wheels came stock on the
trike, I added the bullet shaped center cap. Aside from
looking better than I could've ever imagined, the ride
is smooth and quiet with excellent traction and
handling, even in wet or semi-wet conditions. I have the
utmost confidence in these tires, even on the back of a
1200cc Harley Davidson.
I remember when I ordered the tires over the phone, Linda was just
one of the nicest people you'd want to talk to. She
asked me what kind of car they were going on. When I
told her that they were actually going on the back of a
H-D Trike, she was so excited and asked me to send
pictures when I get them on. I hope other people that
see it have a similar reaction.
I'm just happy that you and
your company as a whole sells a quality product and
still returns all emails and shows excellent customer
service. I have already, and will continue to
recommend your product to others in the market for a
specialty tire and will also continue to use your tires
myself when the time comes around again. I thank you
greatly for making such a dependable tire and look
